Ibis Styles Douai Gare Gayant Expo Hotel

We liked this great hotel with garden views. the location was marvellous, relatively near Parlement de Flandre. - Food was tasty and restaurant was absolutely good.

Breakfast was fine.

Restaurant closed on Sunday.

Comfortable bed in the standard double room, plus a laptop-size safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. A wide range of options, freshly made food. Professionalism of the staff.

Good service with parking available on site. Nice bathroom in the fairly quiet and clean room. - the whole staff showed professionalism. - Marvellous location, not far from the city center and golf course.

Everything like NEW! Sufficient parking spaces. Very friendly staff. All very clean.

Had a just perfect stay here. The hotel was modern, the staff were pleasant! I got an air-conditioned and spacious room with private bathroom. The location was good - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

The air-conditioned rooms here are excellent, and I found the price of £60 very reasonable and satisfying.

Good place to start our visit to France. Thanks for caring for the velo.

The door to rooms section was left open and a very noisy party in the bar could be heard all night!

This place is clean with pleasant staff, the air-conditioned room has a modern bathroom and offers a wide range of fresh meals.

Location within Douai. Bathroom facilities with good shower with powerful hot water.

Very limited facilities for cost charged. Not good value for money

Its position makes it an excellent location for the business we do in Douai.

I really enjoyed the decoration of the hotel, especially the elegant and charming style in the common areas. It made me feel like I was staying in a grand and luxurious place. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people like myself, with no stairs to climb and everything conveniently located on the ground floor.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially the younger employees. It would have been nice if they were more attentive to the needs and preferences of seniors, as we sometimes require a little extra care and attention.

Staff helpfulness was very good, even before our trip with prompt reply to my email. General cleanliness and decor were good. Secure parking was a bonus. The location was good for access to the railway station and commuting to Lille.

The breakfast offered was average with no fresh fruit or healthy food at all. No recreation facilities within the hotel whatsoever. The hotel is really just a dormitory base and not somewhere where you can relax. For over 100 euros per room per night I expected more .

Not the cheapest in Douai but certainly one of the best and will stop there again.
